With the strategic acquisition of CDE, EPS positioned itself to leverage its core strengths into traditional construction services. Many of the recently completed EPS projects involve a civil construction component. These services include facility demolition, site clearing and grading, roadway construction, curb, gutter, and sidewalk repair projects.
Pre-Engineered Steel Building
In the summer of 2007 EPS became an authorized builder for Rigid Building Systems located in Houston, Texas. EPS is in the process of building a 5,000 sq. ft. Pre-engineered Steel Building near the former Norton Air Force Base in San Bernardino, California. This building will be used as the EPS warehouse and corporate office. Completion date for this project is the summer of 2008.
Environmental Remediation Services
EPS provides a full range of environmental services, including Soil Remediation, Hazardous Waste Removal, Underground Storage Tank Removal and upgrades. With core clients including railroad companies, public entities and major oil companies, EPS has built its reputation around sound execution of environmental projects to assist clients in complying with environmental regulations.
