Projects: General Building

In July 2007 EPS became an authorized builder for Rigid Building Systems, Houston Texas. Rigid Building Systems manufactures Pre-Engineered Steel Structures. EPS was so impressed by the overall quality of Rigid's production capability that EPS made the decision to purchase a parcel of land near the former Norton Air Force Base in San Bernardino, California with the intent of building a 5,000 sq. ft. Warehouse/Office to be used as EPS' Corporate headquarters. We will keep in progress photos of this project as construction begins in early July 2008.

SHELL OIL RETAIL SERVICE STATION - SAN YSIDRO TENANT IMPROVEMENT

This Shell Retail Service Station is located in San Ysidro. EPS removed the lube bay hoist and utilized thee area to enlarge the retailer's storage area. Also, EPS removed the cooler and created more wall space with new counters and tile floor.

California State University San Bernardino- Lower Commons

This project was awarded to EPS in the summer of 2008. The California State Univesity at San Bernardino initiated the ADA improvements of several restrooms on campus. This particular restroom known as the Lower Commons required reconfiguration of the restrooms walls in order to accomodate the ADA requirements.

Future EPS Corporate Office and Warehouse - San Bernardino

EPS recently acquired property at Mill St. and Valley View just west of the Former Norton Air Force Base in San Bernardino, California.
