Environmental Project Services, Inc. (EPS) was formed in 1999 to provide comprehensive environmental remediation services for clients in the private and public sector. Early clients included the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway, The County of San Bernardino and Caltrans.Acquisition of CDE Construction Services
In the spring of 2002 EPS made a strategic move in the acquisition of CDE Construction Services. This acquisition enabled EPS to compete for more traditional construction projects including asphalt paving, construction of sidewalks, curbs, gutters and other concrete structures.
Following that acquisition, EPS contracted with Shell Oil to bring 220 retail service stations throughout Southern California into compliance with current ADA standards. This work included the construction of ADA ramps, walkways and parking stalls and restroom upgrades.
